INGREDIENTS

1/4 Head red cabbage
1/4 Head green cabbage
1 Red bell pepper
1/2 Jicama
2 tb Dill
1 tb Dill seed
1 c Mayonnaise
1/2 c Lemon juice
Salt and black pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

In large bowl mix together red and green cabbage, bell pepper, jicama and
fresh dill. Add dill seed, mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Toss
together well. Chill until ready to serve.
Approximately 5-8 minutes.
Per serving (excluding unknown items): 1746 Calories; 189g Fat (90%
calories from fat); 9g Protein; 40g Carbohydrate; 77mg Cholesterol; 1290mg
