INGREDIENTS

1 Head cabbage, hand shredded
1 Cucumber with peel, hand
shredded
3 Carrots, hand shredded
5 Radishes depending on size

4 Green onions with stems
chopped 4 to 6
3 Stalks celery, chopped
1/2 Green bell pepper, chopped

INSTRUCTIONS

In large bowl to fresh ingredients, add salt and pepper to taste, one
tablespoon sugar, and add mayonnaise by large tablespoons stirring
into slaw until it reaches the consistency desired. The First Lady
heartily recommends and prefers using the old fashioned hand grater  to
provide the right consistency for the shredded vegetables. Chill
