Dutch Appetizers 1 Servings

INGREDIENTS

32 oz Canned black-eyed peas
3 1/2 oz Packaged sliced pepperoni
diced
1 Green pepper, diced
1 Onion, diced
1/4 t Hot sauce
2 T Hot taco sauce

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine all ingredients in a Dutch oven over low heat. Cover and
simmer for 1 hour, stirring occasionally. 8 servings.  I did find this
in Southern Living, so I hope it doesn't offend  traditionalists :-).
