INSTRUCTIONS
1. Dip chicken breasts in flour.
2. Cook in oven 450 ° F. oven for 20 minutes; spray cooking spray on
chicken breasts to make a crisp layer over chicken.
3. Put mozzarella slice on each chicken breast for 5 minutes. serve soon
after! Mmmm!
NOTES : This is a rendition of a recipe I had from my Women's study group.
This is simple yet my familys favorite!! Julie says this "Tastes wonderful
with potatoes and rice pilaf".
