INGREDIENTS

1 qt Sauerkraut; (rinsed and drained)
1 lb Bacon; (diced)
3 md Onions; (diced)
3 Bays leaves
1/3 c Sugar
1/3 c Caraway seeds
1 c White wine
1 c Chicken stock; (1 to 2)

INSTRUCTIONS

Saute bacon, add onions and remaining ingredients. Add chicken stock, just
enough to cover ingredients. Simmer until kraut is tender (approx.
30    minutes).
