INGREDIENTS

225 g Cashewnuts
1/2 t Paprika
1/2 t Turmeric
1/2 t Salt
1 t Water
250 Oil
1 t Chilli powder

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix  the  cashewnuts,  paprika,  turmeric,  salt  and water together
in a bowl and allow to stand for 1 hour. Heat the oil and deep fry the
cashewnuts until evenly browned. Remove from the oil, drain well and
place on serving dish. Sprinkle with chilli powder and mix well.  From
