Kahlua-glazed Bananas

INGREDIENTS

4 Firm ripe bananas, peeled
1-1/4 pounds
1 c Water
1 T Instant coffee granules
1/3 c Firmly packed brown sugar
3 T Reduced-calorie stick
margarine
1/4 c Kahlua or other
coffee-flavored liqueur
1 1/3 c Vanilla nonfat frozen yogurt

INSTRUCTIONS

Cut each banana in half crosswise, and cut each piece in half
lengthwise. Set banana pieces aside.  Bring water to a boil in a large
nonstick skillet. Add the coffee  granules, brown sugar, and margarine;
reduce heat to medium, and cook  until sugar dissolves, stirring
frequently. Add banana pieces; cook 5  minutes, turning occasionally.
Remove from heat, and stir in Kahlua. Yield: 4 servings (serving  size:
4 banana pieces, 2-1/2 tablespoons sauce, and 1/3 cup frozen  yogurt).
