INGREDIENTS

3/4 lb Pork, lean cut into small
pieces
1 T Butter, unsalted
1 Beef broth, 10 1/2 oz
1 Soup, tomato
2 Soup can of water
4 c Cabbage, shredded
1/2 c Onion, chopped
2 t Salt
1/2 t Paprika
1 Bay leaf
1 T Sherry
Sour Cream

INSTRUCTIONS

Brown pork in butter. Add remaining ingredients except sour cream.
Cover; cook over low heat--30 min.; stir often. Serve with spoonsfull
of sour cream.  A Balkan stew-soup to make a supper. Origin: A
