INGREDIENTS

16 Slices of Bread*
6 Eggs
3 c Whole Milk
1 Salt,Pepper,Dry Mustard**
1/2 c Green Pepper
1/4 c Minced Onion
2 ts Worstershire Sauce
1/2 c Butter
1/2 c Corn Flake Crumbs

INSTRUCTIONS

*Cut crust from slices of bread. **Salt,Pepper,dry mustard to taste. Butter
a 9x13 glass pan. Layer bread, bacon then cheese. Put on another layer of
bread. Beat eggs, add milk then next 6 ingredients. Pour over bread layers
and refrigerate overnight. Next day, melt butter, pour evenly over top and
sprinkle with cereal crumbs. Bake, covered, for 1 hour at 350 deg. F. Let
stand 10 minutes. Cut into Squares. Ideal breakfast for the hustle and
bustle of Christmas morning. Recipe from: Karen Crowe-Christmas 1995
