INGREDIENTS
| 2 | tb | Olive oil |
| 2 | lb | Ground chuck or turkey |
| 1 | lg | Onion; chop |
| 1 | tb | Garlic; mince |
| 32 | oz | Tomato sauce |
| 1 | Large Can tomato paste | |
| 1 | c | Dried parsley |
| 1/2 | ts | Oregano |
INSTRUCTIONS
Brown meat, onions and garlic in olive oil. Drain and add remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 1-1/2 hours. Source: Live with Regis and Kathie Lee.
