Fruits, Dairy French 1 Servings

INGREDIENTS

1/2 c Miniature marshmallows
1 c Manadarian orange sections
1 c Grapefruit sections
1 c Sour cream
1/2 c Shredded coconut

INSTRUCTIONS

"I seart I can gain at least a pound just be reading a French menu -- it's
that bad!" Words and sad music by Kaye Ballard who told us she "loves to
cook" but has only a limited repertoire of dishes at her command and "darn
it, they are all fattening" She keeps her good figure by "will power, lots
of will power" she says.
Her "Broadway Ambrosia" never saw a cookbook's printed page, although we
think it's high time. It's a far out version of our old Southern favorite
and sour cream fans call it "simply inspired." From: "The Sweet Taste of
Success" 1967
Cut the marshmallows in half and combine with the well chilled fruit.
Blend with sour cream.
Sprinkle with coconut and serve!
