Kay’s Dressing And Poppy Seed Dressing

INGREDIENTS

1/2 c Water
1/2 c White vinegar
1/2 t Salt
1/2 t Dry mustard
1/8 t Ground pepper, fresh
1/16 t Paprika
Sugar substitute equivalent
To 4 teaspoons sugar
1/2 c Cider vinegar
1 T Poppy seed
Omit paprika

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine all ingredients in a pint jar and cover tightly. Shake
vigorously and store in refrigerator.  Shake before using. Food
Exchange per serving: THIS IS A "FREE" FOOD   CAL: 4 CHO: 1g; PRO:  0g;
FAT: 0g; Low-sodium diets: Omit salt  Variation Poppy Seed Dressing.
Follow recipe for Kay's  dressing(above), but use cider vinegar in
place of white vinegar,  omit paprika, poppy seeds. Delicious over
