1/2 c Soy sauce; light
1/2 c Rice vinegar
1 ts Sesame seeds; toasted
1 tb Scallions; minced
4 c Kohlrabi slices; cut into chunks

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine soy sauce, vinegar, sesame seeds and scallions.
Serve in a bowl surrounded by Kohlrabi chunks. Provide picks for eating.
