Kohl’s Carrot Cake

INGREDIENTS

2 c Flour
2 ts Baking powder
1 1/2 ts Baking soda
2 ts Cinnamon
1 ts Salt
1/2 c Chopped pecans
2 c Sugar
4 Eggs
1 1/2 c Wesson oil
2 c Grated carrots
1 sm Can crushed pineapple, drained

INSTRUCTIONS

Sift together: Flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon & salt. Mix
together: Oil, sugar and eggs. Add dry ingredients gradually. Add carrots,
pineapple and nuts. Pour into a greased oblong cake pan. Bake in a 350
degree preheated oven 30-35 minutes.
Frost cooled cake with cream cheese frosting.
