1 Yellow onion, chopped about
3/4 cup
3 Eggs
1/4 c Chopped fresh parsley
2 T All-purpose flour
Salt to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine all of the ingredients. Wrap loosely in a piece of  cheesecloth
