Kuku Golkalam (cauliflower Kuku)

INGREDIENTS

1 Cauliflower, Washed cooked
and mashed florets of
1 Sliced onion
2 Crushed cloves of garlic
germ removed
Oil for frying
4 Beatten eggs
Salt and pepper
1/2 t Backing powder

INSTRUCTIONS

Fry garlic and onion. Mix with the mashed cauliflower, season with
salt, pepper and baking powder.  Heat oil in a non stick pan, add the
mixture, and cook on low fire  for 15 minutes,covered . Place a plate
on the pan and turn them  upside down, return the kuku to the frying
pan and continue cooking  covered for 15 minutes.  I served it friday
night. I wasn't planing to post it but Deena and  Linda asked for K, so
why not Kuku (the pronunciation is coucou)  Posted to JEWISH-FOOD
