INSTRUCTIONS
Combine cabbage, carrots, and green onions in a bowl. Set aside. In a
small bowl mix the sour cream, vinegar, sugar, salt and mustard. Stir
until well mixed. Sprinkle the dried dill over the vegetables, pour on
