This is an awesome, easy lasagne recipe. Brown beef with onion and garlic
in 1tb oil. Add spaghetti sauce, oregano, mushrooms, and 1/2 cup water.
Bring to boil. Remove from heat. Combine cottage cheese, egg, salt,
parmesan cheese and 2 ts oil.
Layer as follows: 1/3 sauce, noodles, 1/3 sauce, noodles, cottage cheese
mixture, noodles, sauce, mozza cheese.
Bake at 375 for 45 minutes, covered with foil, bake 15 minutes more
uncovered to melt cheese.
