Layered Barbecued Bean Dip

INGREDIENTS

2 c Finely chopped lettuce
1 cn Bush's Barbecued Baked Beans; (16 ounces)
2 md Plum tomatoes; chopped (about 1
; cup)
4 oz Shredded sharp Cheddar cheese; (1 cup)
1/2 c Sour cream
1/2 c Peppercorn ranch salad dressing
5 sl Bacon; cooked until crisp,
; crumbled
1/4 c Sliced green onion
Bagel chips or tortilla chips for dipping

INSTRUCTIONS

In an 8 to 9inch shallow pie plate, layer lettuce, beans, tomatoes and
cheese. Combine sour cream and salad dressing. Spoon over cheese. Sprinkle
with bacon and green onion. Serve immediately or store in refrigerator up
to 2 hours. Serve with bagel chips or tortilla chips.
Makes 8 servings
*Recipe can be doubled. Arrange in 13 x 9inch shallow baking dish. Reduced
fat ingredients may be used.
