Layered Chicken And Broccoli

INGREDIENTS

1 10 ounces frozen chopped
broccoli thawed and
drained
1 T Finely chopped onion
1 Clove garlic, finely
chopped
1/4 t Salt
Dash of pepper
2 c Coarsely cut-up cooked
chicken
1 8 ounces sliced water
chestnut.
1/2 c Sour cream
2 T Milk
1/4 t Salt
1 c Shredded mozzarella cheese
4 ounces
1/4 c Grated Parmesan cheese
Paprika

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix broccoli, onion, garlic, 1/4 teaspoon salt and the pepper in round
microwavable dish, 8 x l l/2 inches. Cover tightly and microwave on
high 3 to 4 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender; stir.  Layer
chicken and water chestnuts evenly on broccoli. Cover with waxed  paper
and microwave 3 minutes.  Mix sour cream, milk and 1/4 teaspoon salt;
pour evenly over water  chestnuts. Sprinkle with cheeses and paprika.
Cover with waxed paper  and microwave on medium-high (70%) 3 to 5
minutes or until cheeses  are melted.  6 servings. Nutrition
