INSTRUCTIONS
This recipe came from and ad- maybe condensed milk? My son-in-law loves
this, so I've been making it for 6-7 years, I think
Melt chips with 1 cup condensed, add vanilla. Spread half the mix in 9" wax
paper lined pan. Chill 10 minutes. Now melt white coating with remaining
condensed milk. Add peppermint extract. Pour over bottom layer. Chill 10
minutes. Add remaining mix. Chill until firm and cut.
