Let us thank God heartily as often as we pray that we have His Spirit in us to teach us to pray. Thanksgiving will draw our hearts out to God and keep us engaged with Him; it will take our attention from ourselves and give the Spirit room in our hearts.

INGREDIENTS

6 Dinner rolls
1 c Leftover vegetable curry; (like chole, bhaji
; or pav-bhaji, mixed
; vegetable, panneer
; masala, etc)
1 Cucumber
1 Onion
1 Tomato
1 sm Capsicum
1 tb Grated cheese
Tomato sauce; masalas as required

INSTRUCTIONS

THINLY SLICED
Cut dinner rolls horizontally. Keep the lower half thicker. Scoop out the
centre of the lower halves carefully.
Keep the side and bottom well intact. Take leftovers in a skillet. Add
leftovers in a skillet. Add the crumbs removed from roller. Add sauce and
cook stirring continuously, for 3-4 minutes. Add spices as required
(Chilli, salt etc). Fill each scooped roll with this mixture. Place sliced
vegetables over the mixture. Sprinkle salt and pepper (optional). Place
upper half of roll on top. Brush with very little butter. Secure roll with
string. Bake in a preheated oven for 5-7 minutes (remove the thread). Serve
hot with sauce
