Lemon Chess Pie #4

Dairy, Eggs Pie 1 Servings

INGREDIENTS

1/2 c Milk
2 c Sugar
1 tb Flour
1 tb Corn meal
4 Eggs
1/2 c Melted butter
1/2 c Lemon juice
1 Unbaked pie shell

INSTRUCTIONS

Put sugar, flour and corn meal in bowl. Toss lightly with fork. Add eggs,
butter, milk and lemon juice. Beat until smooth and pour into pie shell.
Bake at 375 for 30-40 minutes or until set.
