INSTRUCTIONS
Heat oven to 350. Mix shortening, sugar & egg; blend in lemon rind.
Blend dry ingredients into sugar mixture. Roll in 1" balls; dip tops
into sugar. Bake on ungreased sheet 10-12 minutes.
