Lemon-Dill Fish Fillets – Modified

INGREDIENTS

16 oz Sole fillets
1 tb Olive oil
2 tb Fresh squeezed lemon juice
1/4 ts Salt
1 c Lemon-Dill Coating Mix – modified
Lemon wedges, (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS

FOR FISH: Whisk lemon juice and olive oil together. Brush juice/oil mixture
onto both sides of each fish fillet; sprinkle with salt. Place 1/2 cup
Lemon-dill Coating in a shallow dish; dredge fish in topping. Place fish in
an 11 x 7 x 2-inch baking dish coated with cooking spray.
Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested
with a fork. Yield: 4 servings.
Serving Ideas : Serve with lemon wedges, if desired.
NOTES : Use coating mix for fish or chicken.
