INGREDIENTS

1 qt Milk
1 1/2 c Sugar
Rind Of 1 Lemon, grated
2 Lemons, juice only

INSTRUCTIONS

Stir milk and sugar until sugar is dissolved. Freeze until it begins to
thicken. Add rind and juice. Freeze, stirring often.
Serves 6 to 8
