Lemon Oregano Pasta

INGREDIENTS

1 c Semolina flour, durum
1 t Oregano, dried or liquid
OR 1 tb fresh oregano
chopped
1 Egg
2 T Lemon juice
1 1/2 c Semolina flour, durum
1 t Oregano, dried or liquid
1 T Vegetable oil, optional
1 1/2 T Lemon juice, 1 1/2 to 2
1 T Water, if & as needed

INSTRUCTIONS

Use whatever method you normally use for mixing and kneading the
dough, or follow manufacturer's directions for the machine, watching
consistency carefully. Makes about 1/2 pound. Variations:  Lemon
Pepper: Omit the oregano and use 1 teaspoon of coarsely ground  black
pepper. Lemon Dill: Omit the oregano and use 1 teaspoon dill  weed.
Lemon Rosemary: Omit the oregano and use 1 teaspoon rosemary  leaves.
NOTES : Lemon pasta is great with a Greek-style dinner or with fish or
