Lemon Parsleyed Potatoes

INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 lb Potato; tiny new or medium
1/4 c Parsley
1 tb Lemon juice

INSTRUCTIONS

Scrub potatoes.and cook until tender; drain.  Place in serving bowl, keep
warm. Meanwhile,  melt butter, stir in parsley and lemon juice. Pour over
