Lemon Rice Pilaf-taste Of Home Version

INGREDIENTS

1 c Uncooked long grain white
rice
1 c Sliced celery
1 c Thinly sliced green onions
2 T Butter or margarine
1 T Grated lemon peel
1 t Salt
1/4 t Pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

Cook rice according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a skillet
over medium heat, saute celery and onions in butter until tender. Add
the rice, lemon peel, salt and pepper; toss lightly. Cook and stir
until heated through. Yield 4-6 servings.  Recipe by: Taste of Home
