Grated rind of 1 1/2 lemons |

Angel food cake slices |
INSTRUCTIONS
Mix well together the eggs, sugar, butter and juice of lemons. Cook until
thick. Add grated rind and cool completely. Add whipping cream, whipped.
Serve over angel food cake slices. Makes enough for 2 or more cakes.
