Ingredients: 8 oz Cream cheese; 1/2 c Shortening; 1 1/4 c Sugar; 2 Eggs; 2 1/4 c Flour; 1 ts Baking powder; 1/2 ts Salt; 2 ts Lemon extract; 1/4 c Lemon juice; 3/4 c Milk; 2/3 c Nuts

8	oz	Cream cheese
1/2	c	Shortening
1 1/4	c	Sugar
2		Eggs
2 1/4	c	Flour
1	ts	Baking powder
1/2	ts	Salt
2	ts	Lemon extract
1/4	c	Lemon juice
3/4	c	Milk
2/3	c	Nuts

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix all ingredients together and pour into a loaf pan.  Bake at 350 degrees
for one hour.  Makes 1 loaf.
