Lentil-wheat-broccoli Pilaf

INGREDIENTS

1 T Oil
1 Onion, chopped
1/2 c Bulgur
1/2 c Dried lentils
2 c Water
1 t Salt
1 c Broccoli, sliced
1 c Plain nonfat yogurt

INSTRUCTIONS

Saute onions and bulgur in oil until onion is soft. Stir lentils and
water into sauteed mixture, bring to a boil. Sprinkle broccoli over
mixture, cover and simmer for 20 to 30 minutes, until water is
absorbed and brocoli is tender. Serve topped with yogurt.  Recipe by:
