INGREDIENTS

1 Ripe avocado; peeled, pitted and mashed
1 Scallion; white part only, finely chopped
1 Clove garlic; minced
1 tb Lemon juice
1/2 ts Chili powder
1/4 ts Hot red pepper sauce
1 Tomato; diced
1 lb Packaged salad
1/2 c Croutons

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine all ingredients, except lettuce and croutons, in a bowl. Add salt
and pepper to taste and mix thoroughly. Chill avocado mixture until ready
to serve. Toss with lettuce and croutons.
Per serving: calories 128, fat 8.0g, 56% calories from fat, cholesterol
0mg, protein 1.9g, carbohydrates 12.5g, fiber 7.1g, sodium 56mg.
