INGREDIENTS

1/3 c Evaporated skim milk,
Chilled in mixing bowl
In freezer for 30 min
(chill beaters too)
1/4 c Sugar
2 tb Non-fat yogurt
1 tb Orange liqueur, such as
Grand Marnier or Cointreau

INSTRUCTIONS

In a chilled deep mixing bowl, beat evaporated skim milk with electric
beaters for 1-2 min, or until it is the consistency of whipped cream.
Gradually add sugar, yogurt, and liqueur, and beat for several minutes
more, or until thicken. Serve within 1/2 hour.
