Lime-Mint Tea on Ice

Tea 1 Servings

INGREDIENTS

1 qt Boiling water
4 ts Bags
1 1/2 c Loosely packed fresh mint leaves (up to 2)
1/4 c Sugar, or to taste
1/4 c Fresh lime juice (about 2 limes)
Lime slices for garnish

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine water, tea bags, mint and sugar. Cover; steep 20 minutes. Remove
and discard tea bags and mint leaves. Cool. Stir in lime juice, chill.
Serve over ice, garnish with lime slices.
Makes 1 quart.
