Lime-shoyu Vinaigrette

INGREDIENTS

1/3 c Fresh lime juice
1/4 c Olive oil
2 T Soy sauce
2 t Dijon mustard

INSTRUCTIONS

Put all ingredients in a small jar and shake well. Use immediiately or
refrigerate for up to 5 days. Bring to room temperature and shake well
