Linguini With Scallops And Pesto

INGREDIENTS

2 t Olive oil
3 oz Linguine
1 t Safflower oil
4 oz Scallops
1 t Pepper
1 T Flour
2 Cloves garlic, minced
4 t White wine
1/4 t Dried oregano
4 t Pesto sauce
4 t Water

INSTRUCTIONS

Heat oils Pepper scallops and dust with flour Brown in oil Add  garlic,
wine and oregano Cook until wine cooks out (scallops should  only cook
1 to 2 minutes) Add pesto mixed with water and scallops to  pasta and
