INGREDIENTS

1 Round steak; tenderized
1 c Flour seasoned with; salt&pepper
1 cn Mushrooms; 4 oz. undrained
1 cn Tomato paste; 6 oz. size
1 cn Ready diced tomatoes with juice, 14.5 oz. can
1 cn Prepared mushroom gravy; 10 oz.can
1 cn Tomato sauce; 14.5 oz. can
2 lg Sweet onions; sliced thin

INSTRUCTIONS

Cut up round steak into portion sized pieces. Dredge in flour and brown
both sides in hot oil. Remove and place in casserole dish. Top with sliced
onions and mushrooms. In a bowl combine remaining ingredients. Blend till
smooth. pour over all. Bake at 350 for 1 1/2 hours.
NOTES : If using untenderized steak cook additional 1/2 hour. We don't care
for peppers, but you may add a sliced green pepper if desired.
