Loin Roast With Smoky Barbecue Sauce

INGREDIENTS

1 Tendersweet loin roast
25 g Butter, 1oz
1 Onion, chopped
1 Clove garlic, crushed
2 T Red wine vinegar
1 T Lemon juice
2 T Tomato puree
2 T Dark brown soft sugar
2 T Worcestershire sauce
2 t Dried mustard powder
1 t Clear honey
1/2 t Chilli powder
Salt and freshly ground
black pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

Cook the loin roast following the guidelines on the pack. Meanwhile,
in a saucepan, melt the butter, add onion and garlic and cook for 5
minutes until softened. Add remaining ingredients, 150 ml (1/4 pint)
water and seasoning to taste. Bring to the boil, reduce heat and
simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally  Converted by MC_Buster.
