INGREDIENTS
| 1 | tb | Flour |
| 1 | tb | Butter |
| 1 | c | Milk; warmed |
| 1/2 | lb | Cheddar cheese |
| 1/2 | lb | Monterey jack cheese |
| 3/4 | lb | Macaroni |
INSTRUCTIONS
