INGREDIENTS

1 lg Green cabbage; shredded
1 Medium-size green bell pepper; cored and shredded
1 Medium-size Bermuda onion; shredded
2 1/2 c White vinegar
3 c Sugar
1 c Vegetable oil
1 ts White pepper; or to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

Notes: Majdecki's Inn, St. Francis Milwaukee Journal Sentinel.
Place cabbage, bell pepper and onion in large bowl.
Mix vinegar and sugar together in large glass jar, stirring until sugar is
completely dissolved.
Pour vinegar mixture over cabbage. Then add oil, then pepper to taste. Let
stand about 5 minutes, then toss well. Makes 14 to 16 servings.
