INGREDIENTS

2 3 carrots; grated
1 lg Onion; grated
1 ts Pepper
1 Clove garlic; minced
1 ts Paprika
1/2 ts Ground sage
1 Chicken bullion cube; broken up or 4 Tbsp. parave chicken soup powder, (opt. I don't use this anymore, too much salt)
1 c Flour; (3/4 c.cake meal for Pesach)
1 c Matza meal
1 Egg or 1/4 c. egg substitute
1/4 c Oil

INSTRUCTIONS

preheat oven to 350o F.
1. Combine first 9 ingredients in a bowl; mix well.
2. Add last two; mix well.
3. Shape into long "snake".
4. Wrap in greased foil and place on baking sheet.
5. Bake 45 min.
