Maltese Chopped Livers And Rice (dogfood)

INGREDIENTS

1 lb Chicken Livers, Chopped
3 T Butter
1/4 t Minced garlic
1 c Rice
2 1/4 c Chicken Broth or Water
1/4 t Parsley or Oregano, Shallots
minced Salt

INSTRUCTIONS

In a skillet, melt butter & add chopped livers.  Cook over med. heat
3-5 minutes.  Add liquid & spices and bring to boil.  Add rice, lower
heat & cook approximately 20 minutes.  Fluff with fork & allow to  cool
