INSTRUCTIONS
FOR THE SEASONING
PEEL and clean the orange and cut it into segments. Deseed the capsicum and
cut it lengthwise. Cut the cucumber into bite-sized pieces.
In a bowl, combine all salad ingredients. Dissolve lemon juice, sugar and
salt in a jar. Add Capsico sauce. Mix well. Pour over the salad. Garnish
with spring onions.
