INGREDIENTS

2 Mangoes, peeled and sliced
1/2 pt Whipping cream
Brown sugar

INSTRUCTIONS

Jerusalem Post Magazine, Sept. 6, 1996 Phyllis Glazer
Place the mango slices in a clear baking dish in about 2 layers.
Whip the cream and spread on top.
Freeze.
Before serving, flatten a thickish layer of brown sugar on top and place
the dish in the refrigerator for 25 minutes.
Light the broiler and slip the dish under the boiler. This is tricky -- the
sugar should dissolve, but the whipped cream should be soft but not runny.
Serve immediately.
