INSTRUCTIONS
This is delicious on warm bread or cake. Substitute Papaya for the Mango
and you'll get Papaya Butter!
In a mixing bowl, beat the honey, butter and mango with a wooden spoon or
electric mixer. When blended, tranfer to a serving bowl and serve with
bread or cake.
