INGREDIENTS

1 qt Vanilla yogurt -or-
1 qt Plain yogurt plus
2 tb Light brown sugar
1/2 cn (large) mango pulp
Ice cubes

INSTRUCTIONS

put equal parts yogurt and mango pulp into blender until blender is about
3/4    full. add ice cubes until blender is full with an inch to spare.
Cover and blend until frothy.
For a plain lassi, omit the mango pulp, add a bit more brown sugar to the
