MAPLE COCONUT TOPPING |
INSTRUCTIONS
Heat oven to 350. Put flour, powder, salt, soda & nuts into ungreased
8-9" baking pan. Stir with fork to mix. Add remaining ingredients
except topping. Stir to blend well. Bake 25-30 minutes. Remove pan
from oven. Set oven to broil. Spread Maple Coconut Topping evenly
over hot cake. Broil, watching carefully, 2-3 minutes or until
lightly browned. Cool on rack. Serve warm or at room temperature.
