INGREDIENTS

1 qt Lime Juice
1 c Sugar
1/2 c Conintreau or Triple Sec
3 c Good Mexican Tequila

INSTRUCTIONS

Recipe by: Emeril Lagasee Serving Size: 6 - 8
Whisk all of the ingredients together in a glass bowl. Either freeze the
mixture in an air-tight container or use an ice cream machine, following
the manufacturers instructions.
Let freeze well. Serve in Margarita glasses with thin wafer cookies and
garnished with lime wedges.
Yields: 1/2 gallon
