INSTRUCTIONS
Combine gelatin, 1/2 cup sugar, and salt. Beat together egg yolks and
lime juice in a medium saucepan. Add gelatin/sugar mixture and stir over
medium low heat for 5 - 7 minutes. Chill mixture over ice or refrigerate
until thickened.
Beat 4 egg whites gradually, adding 1/2 cup sugar until stiff. Fold into
gelatin mixture. Pour into a prepared 9" pan and chill. Frost with
sweetened whipped cream or cool whip.
